It is the participant’s responsibility to arrange any travel to Shanghai and any necessary visas in advance of travelling.

Dates:  Thursday 5 – Sunday 8 March 2026

Fee: 24,000 CNY (2 teams) / 15,000 CNY (1 team)

 

NOTE: This is a Face-to-Face event.

The deadline for registration is: Friday, 10 October

All attendees are required to complete the registration form

Please complete ONE FORM per attending school.

Once registered, you and your finance department will receive an email with an invoice and payment details.

IMPORTANT: please note participating schools are responsible for all bank charges connected to payment.

 

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

In the case of a participating schools’ cancellation, please be aware that cancellation charges will apply as laid out below:

  1. Any deposits already made by Dulwich College Shanghai that we cannot recoup will be deducted from the totals below. This includes but is not limited to transportation, rental of venue, meals and accommodation.
  2. All Banking charges due to cancellation will be borne by the participating school, subjected to the exchange rate based on the date of invoice issued.

    29 November – 12 December 2025 30% 70%
    13 December 2025 onwards 100% 0%

    Student Cancellation

    If a student is unable to attend due to personal reasons, the participating school may fill the vacant spot with another student.

    Event Cancellation

    The event will only be cancelled by what would qualify as a ‘Force Majeure’. This would include (but is not limited to) natural disasters (e.g. earthquake, typhoon, flood,
    hail), government acts (e.g. administrative measures requiring suspension of work or manufacturing or classes, expropriation and requisition of the premises of the School), abnormal social events (e.g. strike and riot), occurrence of pandemic or epidemic, and so on. In this instance, Dulwich College Shanghai would fully reimburse
    participating schools for any cost that has not already been paid out and is nonrefundable from the providing external agencies.
