Update (09/03/2026) – SOLD OUT – NO LONGER ACCEPTING BOOKINGS

The school has a long-standing relationship with this hotel and we have arranged for a special rate of 1,102 RMB (bed and breakfast) per room per night for delegates. Located a 10-15 minute walk from school, and within close proximity to a range of restaurants and two convenience stores, this is a very convenient and accessible location. The school bus will pick up and drop off to this hotel each day of the conference.

For both hotels, check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out time is 12.00pm.

Please note, if you stay at either of these two hotels, there will be school bus transfer available from hotel to school and return each day of the conference (included in the participant fee).

On Saturday morning, following check out, please bring your luggage to school and we will have a place for this to be stored for the day.

There will be a bus available to Pudong International Airport on Saturday, departing after the conference closes.
